Tarek Hassan is the Head of the Digital Transformation Center Vietnam (DTC VN), part of the Global Project Digital Transformation that is implemented by the GIZ on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development. The DTC VN supports the National Innovation Center Vietnam and the Agency for Enterprise Development under the Vietnamese Ministry of Planning on the topics of green technology, Industry 4.0 and technology policy.
