Ismael Moreno is a computer engineer with an MBA at comillas university. He was IT Manager of the Castilla-La Mancha Healthcare Service during 13 years and in 2015 he founded Madrija Consultoría, specialize in the development of technological solutions in the Healthcare sector. Madrija has developed innovative health solutions, mainly in the cardiology area present in nearly 50 hospitals in Spain and Switzerland (Enigma MS).
