Francesco Casu has about 20 years of expertise in SAR Interferometry (InSAR) and in the multi-pass InSAR assessment.
Recently, he focused on the development of automatic InSAR algorithms within high performance computing platforms. Dr. Casu has been the scientific responsible of several national and international Research Projects. Since 2014, he is the Scientific Coordinator of the CNR-IREA agreement with the Italian DPC for the generation of pre-operational products for surface deformation measurements via advanced SAR processing methods.
